At CCT-Pro we believe in clear procedures and arrangements with our customers. Before we start with your project, we verify the testing service requested does match your need. If we believe another test would be more suitable we tell you so, even if the test method is not carried out at CCT-Pro.
Our initial quote will give cost as well as time schedule of testing and reporting. Next we make sure that test panels comply to the test norm as we know preparing test panels is a lot of work. Please find below details of panels to be prepared for each testing method.

When a project is commenced, 60% of the total project sum will be invoiced. When testing has ended, another 30% will be invoiced and the final 10% will be invoiced after the definite report has been issued. By default we issue digital reports only, however should hard copies be required this can be arranged. Please refer to our conditions of sale.

Details of testing panels.

Below dimensions of test panels for several standards are given. Some standards allow deviations though. Furthermore for screening purposes, a lower number of panels may be chosen.
Steel panel preparation: Blast cleaning to Sa 2.5, Roughness profile “medium (G)” according to ISO 8503-1.
